BEVERLY HILLS, June 27, (THEWILL) – Defending World Cup Champions Germany suffered a humiliating exit from Russia 2018 after finishing bottom of Group F.
Germany finished bottom in the group after a 2-0 defeat against South Korea.
Sweden topped the group after a 3-0 win against Mexico in a match played concurrently.
South Korea are also going home but two very late goals have eliminated the Germans who fail to get past the opening stage of a World Cup for the first time since 1938.
