SAN FRANCISCO, September 28, (THEWILL) – Ekiti State chapter of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has presented the name of leading technocrat and entrepreneur, Otunba Yinka Akerele, to President Goodluck Jonathan as the choice ministerial nominee from the state.
The nomination aligns with the resolve of Ekiti PDP to always entrust seasoned professionals with track record of performance in the private sector with leadership roles.
Commenting on the nomination, Rt. Hon. Femi Bamisile, Vice Chairman, Ekiti State PDP described Otunba Akerele as an astute manager of people and resources, who is contributing immeasurably to the private sector of economy. He added that Otunba Akerele is a service oriented politician with huge grassroots following and a unifying force for politically conscious Ekiti sons and daughters belonging to the PDP at home and in the Diaspora.
