June 4, (THEWILL)- The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has refuted reports that it plans to revoke the licences of Unity Bank, Keystone Bank and Polaris Bank.
An online media had claimed the apex bank would withdraw the licences of the three banks, following the revocation of the operational licence of Heritage Bank on Monday.
Responding to what it described as a fake content, the apex bank, on Tuesday, in a post on X, said the information was not from it.
“This content is fake and not from the Central Bank of Nigeria”, the post read
