Describing Tyoden as a trusted political ally during a condolence visit to his residence on Sunday, Lalong said he was much more than a deputy, calling him a confidante, teacher, and mentor.

“He brought significant stability, wisdom, and experience to our government. He worked tirelessly to ensure that we had a successful eight-year tenure”, Lalong said.
