October 13, (THEWILL) — Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has approved the appointment of Hon. Benibo Anabraba as the new Secretary to the State Government (SSG).
According to a statement signed by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Information and Communications, Dr. Honour Kuru Sirawoo, the swearing-in ceremony is scheduled to hold on Monday, October 13, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the State Executive Council Chambers, Government House, Port Harcourt.
Guests invited to the ceremony are expected to be seated by 3:30 p.m.
The appointment is seen as another major step in Governor Fubara’s ongoing effort to strengthen governance and consolidate administrative efficiency in Rivers State.
