January 07, (THEWILL) – Iyabo, the first daughter of former President Olusegun Obasanjo resurfaced this yuletide season after being away for a very long time from the public. The former Ogun State Commissioner for Health and later Senator representing Ogun State found it expedient to come out of her shell to attend the birthday party of a very important personality, very dear to her.
The event also had in attendance, a number of her associates and friends, giving her the much needed comfort to properly let her hair down. Iyabo cut a dazzling figure as she had a good time, a stark contrast from when she made shocking headlines by writing scathing public letters to her father, picking at his inadequacies and excesses.
So low-profile has she gone that not many know that apart from bagging a board appointment with Unity bank as a non-executive director, Iyabo is also an assistant professor at the College of William & Mary Department of Health Sciences, United States of America.
