February 25, (THEWILL) – Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, SAN, has extended his best wishes to Rt. Hon. Victor Ochei, on the occasion of his birthday.
THEWILL reports that the former Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly turned 56 on Tuesday, February 25.
A statement personally signed on Tuesday, by Keyamo, said Ochei’s exemplary leadership as the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly and his distinguished service as the Executive Director at the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) have cemented his legacy as an accomplished administrator and a diligent public servant.
The Minister added that Ochei’s unwavering dedication to duty, integrity, and visionary approach to governance, have continued to inspire many.
“Beyond his professional accomplishments, I deeply value our friendship, built on mutual respect, trust, and a shared commitment to national development and the progress of Delta State in particular.
“On this special day, I celebrate not just the milestones of his past but also anticipate the promise of greater achievements in the years ahead”, he said.
The Minister wishes that the new age brings him “continued good health, success, and fulfilment in all his endeavours.”
