January 04, (THEWILL) – Singer, Damilola Rasak Afolabi, popularly referred to as L.A.X, is threatening to sue a woman, who accused him of infecting her with herpes.
L.A.X is the son of wealthy businessman, Taiwo Afolabi of SIFAX Group of Companies.
Herpes is a contagious viral infection causing sores, typically around the mouth or genitals. The virus has manageable symptoms but no cure.
L.A.X’s girlfriend shared a loved-up picture with the singer on Monday, via X, wishing everyone a happy new year.
Commenting on the post, a user with the handle @edna_reese called L.A.X a wicked herpes giver,
“Rasaki wicked herpes giver. Omo! Love and light to you,” she wrote.
The singer angrily responded by saying he does not take such allegations lightly and vowed to sue her.
“This is a silly joke and I do not play like that. Legal actions will be taken immediately. This will be your last,” he wrote.
