April 16, (THEWILL)- The National Examinations Council (NECO) has postponed the 2024 National Common Entrance Examination into Federal Unity Colleges and the Entrance Examination into Federal Government Academy, Suleja.
Azeez Sani, the Acting Director of the Directorate of Information and Digital Communication at NECO, in a statement on Tuesday, said the National Common Entrance Examination, earlier scheduled for April 20, 2024, would now be held June 1, 2024.
He said the Entrance Examination for Gifted and Talented Children into Federal Government Academy, Suleja, initially slated for May 4, 2024, has been rescheduled to May 25, 2024.
“The rescheduling of the two examinations was due to low enrollment of candidates. All candidates, parents, guardians, schools, and relevant stakeholders are therefore urged to take note of the new dates for the examinations. The registration of candidates will continue until the new dates for the examinations,” he added.
