February 26, (THEWILL) – Plateau state governor, Simon Lalong, has lost his polling Unit to Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), in Saturday’s presidential election.
Lalong is the Director General of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council (APC-PCC).
THEWILL reports that the governor voted at Polling Unit 015, in Kurumbo ward B of Shendam Local Government Area, Plateau State.
In the results declared, the LP polled 104 votes to defeat Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the APC, who scored 88 votes and the PDP, eight votes.
