
BEVERLY HILLS, October 06, (THEWILL) –Â President Muhammadu Buhari and the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, on Friday had a closed-door meeting at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Kachikwu arrived the Presidential Villa at about 11.35am for the meeting, clad in a dark navy blue suit with stripe tie and was escorted by his Personal Assistant.
This meeting is coming three days after a memo from the minister to the president leaked. In the letter dated August 30, the former accused the Group Managing Director of the NNPC, Maikanti Baru, of insubordination and violation of due process in the award of contracts and appointments.
