BEVERLY HILLS, August 28, (THEWILL) – Nigerian international Victor Osimhen scored a hat-trick for his new club, Napoli in a pre-season game Friday against L’Aquila FC that ended 11-0.
The Naples club is playing a pre-season mini tournament with L’Aquila and Castel di Sangro. It had earlier beaten Castel di Sangro 10-0 with Osimhen on the score sheet.
Napoli head coach, Gennaro Gattuso, who has praised Osimhen as an important signing for the club, plans to build the squad’s attack around the striker, who arrived from French club, Lille.
