Earlier, in his opening remarks at the NEC meeting, Chairman of the PDP Board of Trustees (BoT), Senator Adolphus Wabara, acknowledged the ongoing political challenges facing the party but affirmed its resilience and focus on long-term goals.

Wabara also cautioned against external attempts to destabilise the party, urging leaders to maintain internal cohesion and avoid actions that could be misinterpreted as disunity or manipulation.

In his remarks, Chairman of the PDP Governors’ Forum and Governor of Bauchi State, Senator Bala Mohammed, reiterated the party’s commitment to growth and institutional survival.

He emphasised the importance of unity as a foundational pillar for the PDP’s internal strength and public credibility.

Meanwhile, the party has scheduled its 101st NEC meeting to hold on July 23, 2025.
