March 13, (THEWILL) – The 2023 Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, on Thursday held a closed-door meeting with Governor Bala Mohammed at the Ramat House in Bauchi State.
Obi, who arrived in the State, was received at the airport at about 10:00 am by Bauchi Deputy Governor, Mohammed Auwal Jatau, before proceeding to the Government House for the meeting.
THEWILL cannot immediately confirm the details of their discussion, but the meeting has raised speculations about possible political collaboration ahead of the 2027 Presidential election.
Mohammed is the Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party Governors’ Forum.
