September 18, (THEWILL) – The member representing Khana 2 State Constituency of Khana local government area in the River State House of Assembly, Dinebari Loolo, is dead.

THEWILL reports that Hon. Loolo died on Monday, in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital. The cause of his death was unknown at the time of filing this report.

Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Martin Amaewhule, confirmed the development.

Meanwhile, the Speaker on Monday, led other lawmakers on a condolence visit to the family of the late lawmaker.

The Speaker, who spoke on behalf of his colleagues during the condolence visit, described the late lawmaker as a rare gem, who contributed immensely to the development of his constituency and the entire Rivers State.

He urged the family to take solace in the fact that the deceased lived a life of service to humanity and left a legacy that will forever be remembered.

Amaewhule assured the family of the continued support of the House while praying for their comfort and strength during this difficult period.

The Speaker also prayed that almighty God will grant the family and his loved ones the fortitude to bear the loss of their beloved late Hon. Dinebari Loolo.
