After taking his not guilty plea, the Magistrate, Amadi Nna ordered the defendant be kept in the custody of the Nigerian police force till the 9th of May 2022 when the next hearing will take place.

THEWILL reports that Governor Wike had in a statement issued on Wednesday by  his Special Assistant on Media, Kelvin Ebiri, declared Dagogo, wanted for allegedly sponsoring cultists to disrupt activities at the party secretariat on Wednesday.

Dagogo had denied taking part in the attack while accusing the Rivers State Governor of ordering his arrest as part of the plot to stop his screening for Rivers governorship election on the platform of PDP.

His media aide condemned the directives by the governor, alleging that the move was aimed at stopping his screening scheduled on April 28, 2022, as governorship aspirant.
