February 14, (THEWILL) – Senate President Godswill Akpabio, on Wednesday, constituted a 37-man committee to review the 1999 constitution.
The committee, comprising six lawmakers from each geopolitical zone and one from the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, is chaired by Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin.
Mandated to specifically review laws in the area of artificial intelligence, and state police, among others, members of the Committee will be inaugurated next Tuesday in Abuja.
