January 25, (THEWILL) – The Nigerian Senate has postponed the resumption of plenary earlier scheduled for Tuesday, 28th January to 4th February 2025.
Earlier on Friday, the House of Representatives shifted the resumption of the plenary to February 4.
A statement by Senate Clerk, Andrew Nwoba, explains that the postponement is to allow committees sufficient time to conclude ongoing budget engagements and defences with Ministries, Departments, and Agencies.
