Fadebi brings more than 35 years of professional experience spanning banking, manufacturing, oil servicing, and public sector administration, with a strong background in human capital management, organisational governance, operational efficiency, and strategic leadership.

Before joining Tribest Corporate Support Group, he built a distinguished 28-year career at United Bank for Africa⁠, where he served in several strategic management positions from the era of Standard Trust Bank through the institution’s transformation into one of Africa’s leading financial groups.

During his time at UBA, Fadebi held key roles including Head, Human Resources Business Partnering for Nigeria; Deputy Chief of Staff to the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer; Executive Assistant to the Deputy Managing Director/CEO, UBA Africa; and Head, Recruitment Support, Confirmation and Records. His contributions to operational performance and service delivery reportedly earned him several awards and institutional commendations. He also served as Chairman of the Corporate Disciplinary Committee, where he was credited with strengthening institutional discipline, governance standards, and compliance culture within the organisation.

Speaking on the appointment, Chairman of Tribest Corporate Support Group, Udochi Nwaodu, described Fadebi as a transformational leader whose vast cross-sector experience and people-focused leadership style would significantly support the company’s growth agenda.
