June 10, (THEWILL) – The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Nyesom Wike, has renamed the Abuja International Conference Centre (ICC) after President Bola Tinubu.
Speaking during the official commissioning of the newly upgraded facility on Tuesday in Abuja, Wike announced that the centre will now be known as the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre. He described the structure as world-class and emphasised the need for regular maintenance.
Wike, however, declared that henceforth, all users of the facility, regardless of status, will be required to pay for its use.
President Tinubu was present at the event, which marked the formal unveiling of the renamed edifice.
