May 15, (THEWILL)- Three commissioners loyal to Nyesom Wike, Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), have resigned from the Siminalayi Fubara’s led Rivers State Government.
The Commissioners include Gift Worlu (from the Ministry of Housing), Chinedu Mmom (from the Ministry of Education) and Jacobson Nbina (from the Ministry of Transport).
While Worlu and Mmom cited a toxic working environment for their resignation, Nbina blamed “unresolved political crisis” in the state as his reason for exit.
Earlier, Zacchaeus Adangor and Emeka Woke, resigned from the Ministries of Justice and Special Projects respectively, following their redeployment.
