October 5, (THEWILL) – The Leader of the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, BCS, His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu, says the 2023 elections will shake the powerful politicians of Nigeria.

Leader Obu made this known in a release made available by the Spokesperson of the BCS, Patriarch Christ Shepherd Edet Archibong.

The spokesperson’s release is an extract from the leader’s message during the 2022 annual celebration of the Holy Mother’s Glorification which coincided with Nigeria’s independence anniversary.

He quotes Leader Obu as saying that “Many will be taken aback by the 2023 election because something that has never happened in the history of Nigeria will happen, and it will shake the so-called powerful politicians of Nigeria.

“The forthcoming 2023 election is not going to be business as usual, nor is it going to be about the usual electioneering practices, replete with malpractices, vote buying, corruption and rigging.

“Rather, it will be about competence, one thing is certain, no corrupt politician will be close to the presidential staff of office.

“The Holy Spirit is already in charge of the election, so fear not my children, because at the end it shall be in tandem with God’s will”, he said.

Leader Olumba was also said to have faulted the transatlantic slave trade describing it as “one of the darkest chapters of human history which contravened the will of God”.

Leader Obu said everything happens for a reason in order that the universe may exist in a state of balance.

He, however, said God is rebuilding Africa and Nigeria to take the world stage saying Nigeria shall arise again and be that which she was ordained to be in God’s scheme of things in the world.

The spokesperson also quoted Leader Olumba Obu as tasking Nigerians on God’s agenda for the country.

These he said are that “Nigeria must return to her first national anthem which promotes unity and downplays tribalism and sentimentalism.

“Nigeria must revert to Calabar as its capital since the city of Calabar is now the city of the Tabernacle of the Godhead personified on earth.

“Nigeria must return to the 12 states administrative structure which has been preordained by God Almighty. This is in replication of the 12 tribes of Israel.

“It is for this reason that the forthcoming 2023 election will be very crucial to the world as well as Nigeria as a nation”, he said.
