41 Nigerian Deported From 6 European Countries

SAN FRANCISCO, August 10, (THEWILL) – At least 41 Nigerians were on Thursday deported from six European countries for immigration and related offences.

The European countries are: Austria, Germany, Hungry, Switzerland, Norway and Denmark.

THEWILL gathered that a Boeing 767-300 series aircraft with the registration number ECLZO, from Austria, conveying the deportees landed at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, just after 12 noon.

According to reports from a source at the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), the deportees comprised 35 males and six females.

The source said the 41 people were deported for overstaying in the European countries adding that they were picked from different cities in the six countries.
