Alleged Forgery: Again, FG Drags Two Leadership Journalists To Court

BEVERLY HILLS, CA, January 29, (THEWILL) –    Two journalists working with Leadership Newspaper have again been dragged to court over alleged forgery by the Federal Government.

The two journalists, Mr. Tony Amokeodo (News Editor)  and Political Correspondent, Chibuzo Ukaibe, who had been arraigned previously for allegedly  forging a presidential bromide, were re-arraigned before Justice Usman Musale of the Abuja High Court on Wednesday.

The case was earlier transferred to another judge and  the judge said  he was taken by surprise when the case was transferred to another judge.

Their re-arraignment Wednesday came  two months after they were initially arraigned before Justice  Adeniyi Ademola of a Federal High Court with the Federal Government  eventually withdrawing  the case before dragging them before an Abuja High Court.
