July 13, (THEWILL) – Barely 24 hours after a two-storey building housing Saints Academy School collapsed on Friday, in Plateau State, another building collapse incident occurred on Saturday, in Abuja.
The residential two-storey building, located beside the popular Cupid Hotel on Cupid Road (Sultan Dasuki Way) in the Kubwa area of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), collapsed on Saturday morning.
THEWILL gathered that two persons had been rushed to a nearby hospital.
However, emergency responders and security personnel are on ground to rescue victims trapped under the rubble of the collapsed building.
A resident in the building said when she woke up around 7am and came out of the house, she heard some cracks and ran out.
