SAN FRANCISCO, February 04, (THEWILL) – The scheduled debate on the proposed 2014 appropriation bill at the House of Representatives was Tuesday frustrated by lawmakers of the All Progressives Congress (APC) citing technicalities as well as the breach of the 2007 Fiscal Responsibility Act by the Executive arm of Government.
The leadership of the APC had last week directed its members in the National Assembly to scuttle legislation on bills from the PDP led Executive until the Presidency resolves the political crisis in Rivers State.
