Advising that the country can be properly restructured with Nigerians first making their grievances and fears clear, he said, “What I find odd is the argument that we cannot renegotiate our union and every demand for restructuring is an attempt to break up Nigeria”.

The ex-vice president said it is odd for some persons to argue that Nigerians cannot renegotiate their union, disagreeing with those who see every demand for restructuring as an attempt to disintegrate the country.
