November 14, (THEWILL) – The Frugal Empowerment Foundation and its founder, Mr. Peter Osezua, continue to earn praise from beneficiaries worldwide for the foundation’s efforts in uplifting and supporting the underprivileged.
With its focus on empowerment and community development, FEF has impacted countless lives across Nigeria and beyond.
In a recent interview, Mrs. Chioma Anyanwu, a teacher at Ihube Community Primary School in Okigwe Local Government Area, Imo State, shared her appreciation for FEF’s initiatives.
She highlighted the foundation’s dedication to improving the welfare of disadvantaged people in her community, saying, “The founder has fostered human capital development in our rural areas, providing resources to empower locals with sound entrepreneurial ideas but limited capital.”
Another beneficiary, Mr. Paul Eboh from Enugu State, described Mr. Osezua, a UK-based humanitarian, as “God-sent” for his dedication to supporting people irrespective of background or social status.
He commended FEF’s efforts in granting scholarships to underprivileged students, covering medical expenses for those unable to afford treatment, providing relief to crisis victims, sponsoring children’s education, and undertaking community development projects.
In a statement, the founder and CEO of FEF, Peter Osezua, explained that the foundation was born from a deep desire to combat the widespread poverty and hardship in society.
“Our target is the many talented young people whose dreams are constrained by a lack of support,” he said.
He emphasised the foundation’s commitment to unlocking the potential of these youth by giving them the tools and resources needed to realize their aspirations.
Osezua highlighted FEF’s unique Saturday events, where communities gather to support vulnerable groups through music, storytelling, and shared experiences.
“These events aim to bolster mental well-being, promote social connections, and help participants identify and develop their strengths. We’re also encouraging mutual aid, creating opportunities for community members to support one another, including assisting the elderly,” he added.
