BREAKING: Kano Government Appoints New Emir Of Kano, Sends Sanusi On Exile

BEVERLY HILLS, March 9, (THEWILL) – The Kano State government has named Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero as the new Emir of Kano hours after dethroning Muhammad Sanusi II and taking him to Nasarawa under heavy security.

The new Emir is the son of late Emir Ado Bayero, who Sanusi, a former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, succeeded.
