BEVERLY HILLS, April 17, (THEWILL) –Â President, Muhammadu Buhari has appointed human rights attorney, Festus Keyamo as the spokesman of his 2019 presidential campaign.
The Director-General of the President Muhammadu Buhari Campaign Organisation, Rotimi Amaechi, made this known on Tuesday, April 17 in a letter to Keyamo.
“I am pleased to convey to you the decision of the President Muhammadu Buhari Campaign Organization to appoint you as Director, Strategic Communications in respect of the forthcoming campaigns for the 2019 Presidential Elections,” the appointment letter dated April 16, 2018, read in part.
“In your capacity, you are to be the Spokesperson for the campaigns during the nomination process and also the subsequent campaigns for the 2019 Presidential Elections.”
Keyamo subsequently broke the news on Twitter.
