SAN FRANCISCO, December 07, (THEWILL) – Nigeria has nine new federal permanent secretaries following President Muhammadu Buhari’s approval of their appointment.
The development was announced late Friday in a statement signed by the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs. Winifred Oyo-Ita.
The permanent secretaries were chosen from multiple states based on their origin. They are as follows: “Dr Bakari Wadinga, Adamawa; Dr M.K. Dikwa, Borno; Dr Ajani Magdalene N. Olor, Delta; Umakhihe Ernest Afolabi, Edo; Mbaeri Maurice Nnamdi, Imo; Babatunde Lawal, Lagos; Engr. Festus Yusuf Narai Daudu, Nasarawa; Abel Olumuyiwa Enitan, Osun and Dr Musa Hanafi Moriki, Zamfara.
The statement said they would be sworn in at a later date.
