Buhari Mourns Obaro Of Kabba

BEVERLY HILLS, May 31, (THEWILL) – President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday commiserated with the family of Oba Michael Folorunsho Olobayo, the Obaro of Kabba, who passed on last week.

A statement issued by the President’s Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu also extends condolences to Governor Yahaya Bello and the entire people of Kogi State on the loss of their eminent son and revered royal father.

The President, who noted that the past 30 years since Oba Olobayo’s ascension to the throne have witnessed peace and remarkable advancements in Kabba, also commends the late Oba’s invaluable contributions to the development of the entire Kogi State.

He prayed that God will comfort the family, friends and subjects of the departed traditional ruler.
