BEVERLY HILLS, June 20, (THEWILL) –Â The disagreement between DavNotch Nigeria Limited, Asaba, and the Government of Delta state over breach of an Independent Power Project (IPP) agreement between the parties has been referred to arbitration for prompt settlement.
This was contained in a court document obtained by THEWILL in which the Commissioner for Power and Energy and the Attorney General of the state were also named as respondents alongside Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.
