BEVERLY HILLS, CA, November 20, (THEWILL) – The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, will on Thursday November 21, 2013 arraign one Reverend David Kim Pam, Chairman Goodliving Multi Purpose Cooperative Society at the Plateau State High Court, Jos on a 10-count charge that borders on stealing, fraudulent misappropriation and criminal breach of trust.
According to an EFCC statement released Wednesday, the suspect allegedly abused his position as Chairman and sole signatory to the accounts of Goodliving Multi Purpose Co-Operative Society’s domiciled in First Bank Nigeria Plc and Zenith Bank, to steal N40,276,660 between April and June 2012.
The offences are contrary to sections 286, 308 and 311 of the Criminal Code law of Plateau State.
