The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) dominated assembly at the session presided over by Speaker Eugene Odoh, directed the Clerk of the assembly, Mr. Christopher Chukwurah, to serve the impeachment notice on the deputy governor.

THEWILL gathered that the deputy is being punished following his decision to contest the Enugu East senatorial election in 2015 against Governor Sullivan Chime’s preferred candidate and Chief of Staff, Mrs. Ifeoma Nwobodo.
