SAN FRANCISCO, September 12, (THEWILL) –Â It is no longer news that the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu, was about a year ago ousted from his lucrative position as Group Managing Director, GMD, of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, over shady and corrupt dealings.
