May 13, (THEWILL) – The Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting will continue on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, to conclude deliberations, Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, has said.

Explaining the adjournment of proceedings to Tuesday, after the meeting, Idris told State House correspondents that far-reaching decisions were taken at Monday meeting, which conclusions would be made public on Tuesday.
“The meeting is not yet concluded. The council meeting will continue tomorrow. Therefore, there will be no press briefing today. A lot of far-reaching decisions have been taken and the conclusions will be made available to you tomorrow. Thank you very much”, the Minister said.
