How Sudan’s Central Bank Governor Died

BEVERLY HILLS, June 16, (THEWILL) – The Central Bank Governor of Sudan, Hazem Abdelqader, 58, died Saturday in Turkey from heart attack during on visit to Turkey, according to agency reports quoting his family and the Sudanese presidential palace.

His family had no knowledge of any prior ailment, according to the report.

It was not clear whether he was in Turkey on an official trip as at the time of writing.

Abdelqader was appointed governor in December 2016.
