SAN FRANCISCO, February 03, (THEWILL) – The Supreme Court Wednesday upheld the election of Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu of the PDP as Governor of Abia State.
The apex court in a ruling delivered on Wednesday night, upturned the judgment of the Court of Appeal which declared Dr. Alex Otti of APGA winner of the April 11, 2015 Abia State Governorship election.
