SAN FRANCISCO, March 10, (THEWILL) –Â The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has suspended all forms of electoral process in Rivers state due to high rate of violence.
INEC, in a statement by Festus Okoye, said it made the decision on Sunday adding that it has established a fact-finding committee to assess the situation.
