SAN FRANCISCO, April 20 (THEWILL) – The Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo SAN has debunked the report by an online medium that he has resigned from his position as a Pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, describing the report as false and baseless.
Speaking in a statement issued on Wednesday by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Mr. Laolu Akande, the Vice President declared that he remains “the Pastor-in-Charge of RCCG Lagos Province 48, a position he has held in the past three years and in which he continues to serve”.
Stressing that the Vice President continues to serve as a Pastor in the RCCG, honoring the call of God on his life, the statement stressed that “this completely fabricated report should be ignored and disregarded in its entirety”.
