August 25, (THEWILL) — The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has ordered all candidates who uploaded their O’level results before the official release of the 2025 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) to re-upload their results at accredited centres.
The directive, contained in JAMB’s weekly bulletin released on Monday, August 25, follows the clearing of all previously uploaded results from its database.
The move, the board said, was to eliminate discrepancies and ensure that only authentic WAEC results are used for admission processing.
According to the bulletin, some candidates who sat the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) with “awaiting results” had uploaded incomplete records before WAEC officially published the final results.
“To address this issue, JAMB has mandated a fresh upload for every candidate, irrespective of whether the new results differ from those uploaded earlier.
“All UTME candidates are therefore advised to urgently re-upload their 2025 SSCE results on the JAMB portal to remain eligible for admission consideration,” the board stated.
