SAN FRANCISCO, July 21, (THEWILL) – Former President Goodluck Jonathan has hosted Senators of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
This was made public by Reno Omokri, former Senior Special Assistant to the ex-president on new media, who shared pictures of the visit on social media.
THEWILL gathered that the lawmakers were received by the former president and his wife, Patience – ‘mama peace’.
Jonathan also confirmed the visit on his twitter handle as he thanked the lawmakers for visiting him, urging them to give their best to the country.
“I thank the distinguished Senators who paid me a visit earlier today and urge them to continue giving Nigeria their all,” he wrote on Twitter.
Some of the Senators seen in the pictures include Ben Bruce (Bayelsa East), Chukwukw Utazi (Enugu North), Sam Egwu (Ebonyi North, and Eyinnaya Abaribe (Abia South).
