… New Ministers Take Oath of Office.
BEVERLY HILLS, March 05, (THEWILL) – President Goodluck Jonathan has sacked the Minister of Sports, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi from his position.
The President appointed Dr. Tamuwo Danago, one of the 11 newly sworn in ministers, as new Minister in charge of Sports.
The President has also sworn in 10 other new Ministers and assigned them portfolios.
They are:
· Lawrencia Laraba Mallam -Minister of Environment
· Hajia Asabe Asmau Ahmed -Minister of State Agriculture
· Senator Musiliu Obanikoro – Minister of State Defence
· Mohammed Wakil -Minister of State Power
· Alhaji Abduljelili Adesiyan -Minister of Police Affairs
· Ambassador Aminu Wali -Minister of Foreign Affairs
· Mrs. Akon Eyakenyi -Minister of Land and Housing
· Geneneral Aliyu Gusau -Minister of Defence
· Boni Haruna -Minister of Youth Development
· Dr. Khaliru Alhassan – Minister of State Health.
