SAN FRANCISCO, October 07, (THEWILL) – Multiple explosions have been reported inside and around a residential community, Buhari Housing Estate, in Damaturu, Yobe State.
The blasts, which occurred on Wednesday morning left at least a dozen people dead and several others injured.
Alhaji Musa Idi, Executive Secretary, State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA), said 16 persons died in the blasts while 10 others were injured.
No group has claimed responsibility for the blasts which have the hallmark of the terrorist group, Boko Haram.
