SAN FRANCISCO, August 22, (THEWILL) – A former aide of ex-Presidents Goodluck Jonathan and Olusegun Obasanjo, Doyin Okupe, has declared that Nigeria will not make progress if former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar succeeds in his presidential ambition.
Okupe tweeted that Atiku will be a bad choice for Nigeria because he will take the country back, adding that Senate President Bukola Saraki will be a good choice for Nigerians.

Atiku has made known his intention to vie for the Presidency under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) while Saraki had said he is considering running against President Muhammadu Buhari in the next election.
According to Okupe, “if Atiku rules Nigeria for 1 day, it will take us 10 years to recover. If Saraki rules for a day, Nigeria will make history.”
