BEVERLY HILLS, CA, December 15, (THEWILL) – The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. (Engr.) Victor Ochei has expressed optimism that the re-election of Major General Patrick Aziza as the President General of the Urhobo Progress Union, would serve as a catalyst to the much-desired peaceful coexistence amongst Deltans and Nigerians in general.
He made the observation in a recent congratulatory messages to General Aziza, adding that the re election is an attestation to his sterling leadership qualities, strengthened by patriotic candour as critical factors in the successful discharge of past national assignments, thereby contributing immensely to the development of Delta State, Nigeria and in deed, humanity.
