Ogwuche, Nyanya-Abuja Bus Station Bombing Mastermind Extradited

BEVERLY HILLS, CA, July 15, (THEWILL) – Aminu Ogwuche, the alleged mastermind of the Bus Station bombing in Nyanya, Abuja in April has been successfully extradited to Nigeria by the Sudanese government to face prosecution.

Aminu, a member of the Boko Haram, the terrorist group operating mainly in northern Nigeria, fled to Sudan to escape arrest and prosecution after the deadly bombing which killed over 50 persons and wounded dozens.

Addressing newsmen at the Presidential wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja, Coordinator of the National Information Centre, Mike Omeri, flanked by the Force Public Relations Officer and the Deputy Director, Public Relations of the Department of State Service, said that Ogwuche was arrested and extradited from Sudan with the assistance of the Sudanese Government.
