Let it be known to the world that the 20million Naira Gov. Willie Obiano plans to spend in each of the 177 communities in Anambra State is borrowed money.
All over the world, people borrow to invest in projects that will pay itself back. Today, Obiano is secretly borrowing heavily and spending the money on things that do not have meaning.
It is good every Anambrarian should join in shouting it loud, that by putting 20million of borrowed money to towns in Anambra, Willie Obiano is enslaving the State. Who will pay the money tomorrow [1] and how would the money be paid back.
We learnt from reliable source that he wants to get the PGs and towns in Anambra a state involved because he wants to prove in future when he is questioned, that Anambra as a whole was part of spending of the money.
We warn the PGs to be careful of what they do and not complain if in future the EFCC invites them for questioning, to say what they know about how Obiano spent the money he is about to spend.
Part of what he wants to do with the borrowed 10 Billion Naira is to pay another 3 billion Naira to contractors so that they will go back to site in preparation for the election of 2017.
It is important Anambra people know this because you cannot govern a State by deception as Obiano does.
They are heavily advertising the 20 million to communities as if it was money he saved. We must tell one another that it is borrowed money they want to share. Who is deceiving who?
After each community identifies their need, they will give the contract to APGA people in each community. They already planned to take 15 percent kick back. 5 percent for APGA; 5 percent for Willie Obiano and 5 percent to Victor Umeh for his senatorial quest.
The only love you will show to Anambra is to help in publicizing this revelation for Anambra people to be aware of what is happening. What is 20 million Naira to each community? Is is an insult to give 20 million Naira to a community where your have abandoned ongoing projects
Will the people of Awgwu use 20 million to finish their abandoned road? Will Awka people use it for to complete the abandoned shopping mall? Will Amansea people use it to finish their road? Will oba ofemili and ugbene people use it to complete their road? Will Agulu people use it to complete the Hotel and other abandoned projects? Will Umuchu or Ekwulobia or Oko people use it to do their abandoned and devastating erosion? What meaningful will your town use it todo? Remember in future Willie will use you as example of where he spent borrowed money?
WE CANNOT ALLOW OBIANO TO MORTGAGE THE FUTURE OF OUR STATE.
