November 09, (THEWILL) – Reno Omokri is, again, exhibiting his true character. He did the same with Gov. El Rufai, the GEJ family and everyone whose path he crossed.
Whenever Reno Omokri falls out with anyone, he begins to justify his action by making unfounded, unreliable rhetorics, disparaging comments and condemnation of what he was initially part of. I have not seen anyone Reno had related closely in government or, even more indecently, acclaimed beliefs, that he hasn’t disparaged and maligned on the altar of selfish interests. Reno Omokri lives a transactional life and he’s not loyal to any principle or course. To be noble and suave is the very opposite of what Reno Omokri is.
Sooner or later, he will do the same to his current paymasters, because that is his nature. Therefore, characters like Reno should not be taken seriously, he eats, sleeps and survives on transactional relationships and betrayals.
He must be an embarrassment to his family.
Reno, himself approved of Atiku’s economic plan as being superior in quality and problem-solving contents.
But here we are: Reno has done what Reno does best – a turn-face. One would expect that even a poodle should not be so shameless!
Reno, time and over, has demonstrated that he’s no better than an attack dog who lives on Twitter/X to gaslight people and make a living off blackmailing beliefs and people.
That Reno is now trying to criticise Atiku’s policy is no surprise. Such criticisms are not forged in the artistry of intellectual integrity but rather borne out of the hungry belly of a merchant in mischief.
Reno now hails the Tinubu establishment, and it is prudent to remind him of a certain Yoruba proverb about a tree climber reaching beyond the fronds.
Reno Omokri promoted Atiku’s policy document; he praised it; supported it and didn’t criticise it when the document was submitted to the public for scrutiny and possible input.
So, why is Reno making a critique of Atiku’s policy after the fact of the matter?
The answer cannot be different from the logic of attempting to build a house from the rooftop.
In any case, let us ask Reno what is fantastic about Tinubu’s economic ideas that have further impoverished Nigerians to the point of death.
Just recently, the World Bank said Tinubu’s economic plans are not good for Nigeria as they are not working.
But what does Reno care about the harsh economic conditions plaguing the Nigerian people? The hunger in Reno’s belly and the greed in his heart are grim to allow him to see beyond the bubble that his paymasters have put him in.
One can commend the Buhari government for espousing an economic plan code-named ERGP (Economic Recovery Growth Plan) but for their lack of implementation skills.
But, what specific economic plan has the Tinubu government thrown up?
Reno’s ideas, or lack of it, on Tinubu’s economic malfunction, is, to say the least ridiculous, lame and vacuous.
Running the Nigerian economy to comatose is a bad advertisement for Tinubu’s government.
When hungry folks like Reno Omokri come out to cheer a disaster, it becomes clearer how profane and irreverent the mind of a man is.
Reno must be economical with the truth by saying that the recovery plan of Tinubu is best compared to Atiku’s.
Tinubu came to the government with just a tea plan. His coming to government without a certain blueprint explains where we are today.
No doubt, Atiku’s Recovery Plan was well-researched and thought out, and remains the only document that benchmarks the 2023 presidential election season.
I will advise Reno that even while he is struggling to do his paymaster’s job, he should do it with some sense of responsibility, and decorum and always put the interest of Nigeria first and not think with his belly.
